Kristina Herbert graduated cum laude from George Mason University with a B.A. in Child and Family Law. Kristina completed her clinical internship with County Counsel Juvenile Division and graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law with a concentration in Child, Family, and Elder Law. Kristina volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children- a role she has enjoyed for over seven years. She leverages the advocacy and problem- solving skills she built helping foster children to bring optimal results for families following the devastating effects of fires. To date, Kristina has helped resolve claims for several families impacted by the 2015 Butte fire in Calaveras County.
Kristina is admitted to practice in California state courts; she is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and The Lawyers Club of San Diego.
