After graduating from California Western School of Law in 2009, Erika began her legal career working with people who sustained damages in the 2007 San Diego Wildfires. She also worked as the lead associate on the 2013 Powerhouse Fire in East Los Angeles County and the 2015 Butte Fire in Calaveras County. Erika has worked with hundreds of fire clients and facilitated more than 75 million dollars in settlements for people who lost their homes and possessions to fire.
Erika is a foster parent and world traveler.
Erika is admitted to practice in California state and federal courts. She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and speaks Spanish.
